  • Sophie is the best! I was nervous to try an edgier style and color, but Sophie made me feel totally at ease. Best of all, she listened to what I wanted and helped me feel completely at ease. My hair tends to rebel against color, but Sophie did not stop until the color was exactly what we had discussed. She made sure I walked out happy and confident about my look. Everyone is super cool and friendly, and the salon itself is clean and well-lit. Added bonus - fresh coffee to make sitting and waiting for the color to process a bit more pleasant. Although I was only in Montreal for half a year, I liked Au Barbershop so much that I went back three times!
