Nope. Not this location. Slow, slow, slow.
I made an online reservation for a 10' truck at 9 AM. I later received a confirmation that pickup is at 9:30 AM the next day. Okay, had a very tight moving schedule, but I had a 30 min cushion in case of any delays. Then I arrived at 9:25 to a line out the door. OUT. THE. DOOR. Why were we all scheduled for the same pickup time? And why weren't they more prepared when they KNEW they had all of us booked.
The line was moving at less than a crawl. People were antsy and making noise about it. Hell was going to be raised. The workers were oblivious/ignorant to this as they were working at an extremely casual pace and having random side conversations with each other despite audible complaints, sighs, and grunts.
I eventually got my truck over an hour later than my pickup time. That's 45 minutes of waiting in line, and 20 minutes of processing time. That much time to process an online reservation that had 99% of the information already recorded. Nope, not good enough. They had me reserved for the wrong size truck and had to check if they had any 10' left. Then dude had to take down all of my information again. And his slower-than-my-grandma computer skills just made things even peachier.
My experience has taught me that reservations mean little here, and that your best bet is to show up way early or look elsewhere. I probably could've drove to a farther location and walked in and out without a reservation in less time than it took me here.
