  • 03/15/15 - Went to have Lunch with friends after an early afternoon of Tennis. This place was recommended to us by a mutual friend. It was around 2pm when we arrived. We had to wait about .15 minutes for a table to be cleared. The restaurant was busy and at about 80% capacity. When we sat we noticed no Silverware or maintained table . Table was still dirty and sticky from pancake syrup. The server arrive promptly to take drink orders - ironically drinks took .15 minutes to arrive and were blamed on the Bar being slammed. The Manger came by after we complained about drinks not coming out and he said they were busy and blamed it on large parties, un-expected business and offered no additional assurance. He was very Rude and un-professional. The Food did finally arrive in pieces. some of us got our order as others had to wait. The server and everyone seemed Hungover and clueless. I asked for a shot of Fireball and they said they were out. We were also told they were out of at least 3 other advertised Draft Beers. Overall the service was a 2 out of 10 we asked for extra napkins and that took forever, we actually had to ask for silverware and that took too long. The Manager with the Black hair was never compromising nor polite - he looked like he had a rough night the day before. I can't say Ill be back. This place has potential but the Lunch menu needs to change - there are too many Breakfast items listed for a 1:00/2pm lunch crowd.
