Edgar, our project manager, we only saw him once through the whole process and never heard anything except when I called him. I don't know what his job is or what the point of him being a project manager is but he obviously did not do his job. And when Edgar was confronted about the progress of the project he basically threw Adams restoration under the bus.
Tina, she obviously needs to be retrained because she does not know how to schedule anybody or anything. She does not understand the scope of the jobs she is scheduling for nor does she try. She aimlessly schedules workers, probably costing Adam's a fortune in employee wages and trip charges billed from contractors. She does not do her job correctly and then does not take responsibility for it.
Based on the other reviews that I see on Yelp it's a wonder that your company is still in business. The only reason that I can see that you guys are still in existence is because of Jeff and Jeremy.
On a final note, it is completely illegal to inform your clients that it is 50% up front and 50% at completion and then turn around and charge 80% up front. Once again I was told by your bidder that it was 50% up front and I paid at least 80% before they would even start the job. My husband is a property manager and works for one of the largest real estate companies doing multi-family units in the valley. I can assure you he will never use Adams again.
A process that should have taken two weeks max, had turned into over a month! Ridiculous!
Unprofessional, unorganized and unethical.
