  • I generally never write reviews unless it is needed. I was recommended to this vet from a few people. A few weeks ago I took my dogs in for shots which went quite well! But last week I took my cat in for a dental. I was told it was dental month and my vet had told me I would be paying maybe $300 at the most. I wasn't given an exact estimate because they had to look at her teeth while she was under. I understood that, but quite a few people told me I should have gotten an estimate. Anywhooo...I dropped my cat off at 9:30 she wasn't ready until 7. She had told me that she needed extractions, which I said I wanna do what's best for her( my cat) Still never told me how much it was. The vet had told me last pick up is 7:30 and to give her three medications,so I rushed to come get her. As soon as I get there she isn't ready?! So I wait and come up to pay. They tell me my bill is $800 Which i was never told it would be this much! Also I pull my credit card out because I don't have that kind of money. They tell me they can't accept it because it's American express( which by the way is not, its through us bank which is trademarked) but they still wouldn't run it! So I'm pretty upset at this point. The receptionist didn't seem to know what was going on. She brings out the meds for my cat, and there are only two. Where's the third one?! They tell me they forgot about it and need to fill it for me! So finally I go back to get my cat and she doesn't even have a cone on and she starts messing with her gums and is bleeding all over and I asked why she doesn't have a cone on?! They tell me they will go get one for me. If that wasn't bad enough, they prescribed me antibiotics for 10 days, 5 days go by and the bottle is empty?! So I call and ask about it and they tell me oh it was there mistake they should have given me two bottles!! But on the bottle it says it's enough for 10 days worth. So they expect me to pay for another bottle!! (Which I don't have money for) They told me they would have the manager call and talk to me twice. I still have not heard anything! I will never come back here again! I was ripped off and the whole thing was very unorganized and no one should have to go through this while trying to take care of there cat....
