rev:text	I came in to get some pricing for recovering 4 dining chairs and new slings for 6 patio chairs and 2 chaise lounges. That's a lot of items, and I would think that for that many pieces they would be a bit more interested in my business than was showed. Like many other people, I have to live within a budget, and while I appreciate that the woman I met in the store was honest that they charge more than I had originally hoped to spend, she had no desire to help me learn why the cost of my repairs are what they are. She basically insulted me about the quality of my pieces when I told her where they were purchased (Target and Home Depot), and she was offended when I mentioned that I had done some research online with other companies. When I suggested that I look at the fabrics to get an idea if there were ones I liked, she encouraged me to go elsewhere because they would not be able to fit in my budget. She could have easily had my business if she would have taken some time to explain to me why I may have been off in my expected amount. Or she could have encouraged me to get my most important pieces done first because quality work always earns more business. Instead I was insulted and turned away. I really find it wasteful to buy all new when the bones of my pieces are still in excellent shape (not bad for "cheap furniture" LOL). I guess Renu has more business than they can handle because they sure weren't interested in earning mine. I won't ever recommend this company to anyone.
