  • After calling several other animal hospitals, receiving NO help (they would not help unless we prepaid a $45 fee for a phone conversation) I called Desert Ridge Banfield Hospital; they were extremely friendly & helpful. They provided me with the information I needed about my emergency in regards to my dog. I will forever be a patient with them after this. 5 stars!
