  • I have brought my car here for the past few years. Esther has always been amazing. Today I came in for the same service I always have done at $300.00 and I get a free loaner. Today Adrian tries to charge me $600.00 and another $15.50 for a loaner. Here's the deal breaker... When I scheduled the appointment I was told I would get. Free loaner. So I tell him o wasn't prepared for that and so he sets me up for 1/2 a service? And now I'm stuck in their waiting area until they finish my car. Terrible service for a loyal customer. I am going to pay off my car in two more months...guess where I won't be purchasing my new car?
