| - Wish I could give negative stars. I signed up for a spray tan membership and have had nothing but issues ever since. Today was the final straw. My bank cancelled my old card, so I had to update today with my new debit card. When the girl (Austin) ran my card, she charged me twice. When I asked her why she charged my card double, she had to call another location to ask what had happened. She admitted it was her fault, and apologized, but then informed me that in order to get the transaction corrected, I would have to wait until monday and call "corporate" to have my card refunded. This is not OK. When I asked to speak to a manager, she had to again call another facility, and that manager (Jessica) told me there was nothing she could do and to call back Monday. When I started to argue with her, she actually hung up on me. The caliber of employees hired in these salons is deplorable and I do believe this may be the worst customer service experience I have EVER encountered. I will make sure everyone I talk to knows this, and my second call on Monday (after corporate) will be to the Better Business Bureau, as I consider this theft.
