Well, mixed feeling here.
I had to take a star away because I had an appointment and they still made me wait quite a while and it's almost the holidays, so it was a madhouse, but then once I got my Genius, she was SO good and prompt and helpful that I added a star back again.
It's not as big as some of the Apple stores like in NY or LA, but it's got everything you need and they do repairs, set ups, sales etc.
My advice is to make your appointment online if you need to get service though and plan to wait a bit.
Of course the store is well designed, clean lines, Apple branded all the way.
