Living at Vintage for 3 years. The maintenance, office manager and office workers keep changing every six to eight months. This revolving door does not help with the increase in burglaries that have been occurring in the past two months within the complex. We received notices from the office about the burglaries and that we should be "on guard and vigilant" about suspect activity. One problem is that Vintage only offers it's residents one alarm company that they are contracted with, and no other.
Another problem is bad lighting through-out the complex. Many areas are very dark and creepy, making crime possible. Communication between the office and maintenance is terrible; it's like two different entities that have no idea what the other is doing. This negatively impacts the resident receiving work orders completed. When attempts are made by residents to communicate contact with the company which owns Vintage, Vintage steps in and tears down any flyers which direct the resident of how to contact the main company. I can't wait to get out of my lease. Any positive reviews are surely written by office agents of Vintage. I really want to warn others that unfortunately, Vintage could never be a permanent and safe place to live.
