  • Ciara is the best. I had my hair ruined by someone else because she was off one Saturday and I was leaving for Vegas to see family and get family pictures. When I came back Ciara made it beautiful again, and my hair is pretty short so you can imagine she didn't have a whole lot left to work with. In Vegas, salons and hair studios are everywhere and it's so competitive but you'll find a lot of pretty great hairstylist pretty easy. Ciara is better than all of them and she charges next to nothing. I'm not kidding when I say she could be a high end hairdresser charging like $100 for a trim and be worth going to. Lucky for Phoenix she charges around $35 for a high end haircut. On top of that she is a total doll to talk to. She is not annoying like some hairdressers when they try to talk to you. She is so laid back and classy and comfortable, you feel like your favorite cousin is doing your hair and you're having a girls night when she is your stylist.
