  • Growing up Italian we had frequent exposure to Italian gelato. The torrone (hazelnut) flavour was very poor and not reflective of the flavour it should be. My wife went back to the server and advised him that it did not taste like it should. He sampled the ice cream from the pail and gave a look of "this does not taste right". He said he would tell the manager of this but did not offer to replace the existing ice cream that was returned. My wife had to convince him to replace it and he did so unwillingly. Customer service is terrible. Hollywood Gelato is a better quality ice cream and more competitively priced.
