So update... I spoke to the "Patient Relations" department to find out what needed to be done to rectify this issue. However, in order to work with me they asked that I remove Richard's last name from the review. I obliged and removed it. They told me that I would have to go back to the same location and see my normal doctor before they would do anything else with me. I had already stated I no longer felt comfortable going back to that location but they gave me no other option. A team member called to schedule my appointment and although I wasn't happy about going back to the same location I was at least glad that I would only have to go once more and then be transferred to a different location. The day before my appointment the manager of the patient relations department called me back and stated that in order to be seen by anyone in their practice I would have to 1. Remove the negative comments in my review, or 2. Change my review to 3 stars or more; or they refused to see me at all. Talk about unethical, I have way too much self respect to let someone force me to do something that isn't right. I cancelled my appointment and asked for the discharge paperwork so that I could find a new facility. The headache of finding another doctor and time and money it takes is well worth not dealing with this place ever again. I stand by my words that are 100% true and honest as I would have NO reason to lie or falsify my information as I get nothing from posting this (other than hopefully warn others about this place).
