  • I take back anything nice I said about this place. Someone from this establishment called me yelling at me.. Asked me what happened, after I tried to explain why I was unhappy, she cut me off, was rude and told me she was in fact involved with the hygienist. After writing this first review, I felt compelled to call the office and ask them why I was having my insurance charged for services not rendered ? They agreed to see me again to make things right. Evidently they had no plans to actually do so.. After speaking with whoever it was yelling at me today, I was informed they had taken me off the books. I now plan on speaking with my insurance company and letting them know what happened as I have it all on tape. Skip Elite dental! The only thing elite about them is their name! Their staff is completely Unprofessional and unless you want a headache and bad services, I would suggest you look elsewhere. I'm sure there are plenty of good places here in Vegas. I just moved to this side of town and was hoping I would like them so I did not have to drive to Henderson. All in all this was a very stressful experience and I am still shocked as to their lack of professionalism. Oh and to finish up, The person who called me this evening, would not stop calling me. I actually had to block their phone number. Ugggg.
