| - It's been a few months since I moved to Nevada, and so far 99.9% of my experience with customer service here really blows. Maybe I'm just used to the southern hospitality, but this salon...well, they're actually really good. I called ahead of time to set an appointment for a trim. My expectation from the other line was a monotone, rushed individual who probably hated their job with every fiber of their being. However, the receptionist, Angel, sounded pleasant over the phone. Her tone of voice was bubbly, which was a shocker to me due to my previous experience(s). She introduced herself, the salon name, greeted me, and asked me what I was looking for. It was a quick conversation, but I was able to get off the phone satisfied.
The salon looked professional and organized. The employees were well kept. The only thing I didn't like was the waiting room; it was in the back of the salon rather than the front. No biggy, though. As far as the haircut, I was really happy with it. Dalynn did a great job! She asked me what I wanted, and she did just that to the T.
Last but not least, the cost. Their prices are fairly reasonable. It was less than $20 for a haircut, and like most salons, the price gets steeper when you get into coloring, also depending on the length of your hair. Their prices aren't going to break the bank, though.
All in all, MasterCuts is a good salon. It's upstairs in the Galleria Mall by Dillard's. Check 'em out!
