  • Everything was alright till the last couple of hours. My girlfriend and i were extending our check out til 5pm to enjoy the hot weather and the pool. An accident happen in the pool they have to close it for two hours to clean (while it s not my fault either my business). I went to talk to someone, she went ask her manager Ms Cathetine Joslyn that screw up everything with her mean attitude and her bad behavior. Even though there is no way to extend or to fix at least you respect your costumer and you talk to them. I m disappointed and i will NEVER EVER come back because i came her to relax and have a rest not to stress myself and be treated like this.
