  • I would never go back! I went in last November for orthotics because I had heel pain. He gave me them and they worked for about a month. I finally went to another place because my pain was so bad and she told me that the orthotics I had were for someone at least 50 pounds lighter than me and someone without foot pain. I then had to buy a new pair out of my own pocket because my insurance is only every 3 years for orthotics. He also told me wrong information and didn't explain anything to me. I believe since it was November when I went in he thought I would have insurance every year and would come back to him for a new pair. I sent a nasty e-mail but no response. I would recommend not going there is you have real issues with your feet.
