  • Absolutely the WORST internet service and customer service I have EVER experienced. Called for Internet to be set up 7 days ago, could not get it to connect, rescheduled for the tech to come out today between 1 and 5...dude never showed up. Then when I called, they had the nerve to tell me that the tech came and the service order was completed. I am livid and, unfortunately, CL has a monopoly on my apartment complex. It's cheap for a reason. Pay a little extra for COX.
