  • We have an appointment on a Saturday at 2pm We arrive 10 mins before so we can do paperwork They have a guy up front who does paperwork a lady doing the pre eye tests and the doctor. Then another lady who fits the glasses, does the insurance, fixes issues, and on and on. The optometrist part is fine done by 230ish. ONE hour later the lady who does all the other things finally gets to us. The place is filled with people and the front desk guy is doing nothing and everyone is waiting to BUY the product. Absolutely crazy. They need to have 2 people working the insurance/adjustments/trying on/fit etc. especially on a Saturday.
