  • I'll just try and be matter of fact about this but first I have to tell you our story. My husband moved here 13 years ago from Colorado. He bought an older home and took the good and bad that comes with that (just like everything else in life). So for 13 years (well I moved here a year later) we have been learning about the unique cooling system that we have and trying to find someone who works on units like ours. He put in a new water tower last year and this year all seemed well until one unit wasn't cooling things down. We tried quite a few things but after having paid a few thousand dollars for HVAC help and nothing good happening, we had about given up on finding someone we could trust. Lo and behold (I literally thank God for this), I got on yelp late last week and started reading reviews. Legacy was at the top (but I read quite a bit farther as I wanted to make sure I did my homework). I went ahead and sent them a message as our system is unique (I wanted them to have some background). Long story short, they came out the next day and fixed our problem. It was relatively easy I am told but they also did a bunch of trouble shooting just to make sure and we now have a cool house again (both sides). Best part of all is that we have peace of mind. An ethical company that works on old cooling systems (and new ones too :)). Hurray Legacy and hurray for yelp and all you reviewers out there. Cannot thank you enough!!!
