  • Crappy! They made us stand outside for a half an hour before boarding when it was cold and windy. Then we boarded And waited another 15 minutes to leave. Even though we had prepared and had a reservation it didn't make a difference. We had to stand there and wait while they tried to sell as many tickets as they could to fill up the bus before it left. What happened to the good old days when shuttles left every 15 minutes or so
