  • The best customer service I have ever received at a car shop! As soon as I arrived and parked my car a young man approached me. He asked me what Service I needed that visit. He escorted me to the little office and opened the door. From there, I proceeded with a young lady at the desk. She was very friendly and sweet. Unfortunately, my car did not pass the smog test. Immediately I thought to my self "oh no here come all the suggestions of what could be wrong and their heavy prices" to my surprise I was wrong! Instead the manager told me I should take my car back to the Dealership to get it checked out since my jeep was still under warranty. He told me that if they could not fix it to bring it back to him and he would help me. So I did exactly what he told me. I came back a few days later and once again I was greeted by the nice young man. The manger resmoged the car, this time it passed!! I am so thankful that they did not just tell me it would be X amount of $$$ to get it fixed. Instead I got an honest suggestion. I will certainly be coming back! Thank you and your staff :)
