  • This location opened days before our arrival and it's in a perfect location! You can walk to across the street to Starbucks, several great restaurants, Whole Foods, shopping centers, gas stations, and across the main street to the SouthPark mall. The staff is absolutely great! From the concierge to the front desk staff. Everyone was very helpful and ready to serve. We had a few issues with plumbing and the new plus in the our room and it only took a call to get someone in the room to address any of the issues. Jason was my go-to staff member and he was fantastic! You all are lucky to have him on the team. Hurricane Irma evacuees, like myself, quickly filled the hotel room which is why I thought that Hilton should have addressed by providing a discount to those staying there. The price increased throughout our stay when we had to add additional nights because of the power outages and traffic back in Florida. I will definitely stay here in the future but will hope to find more reasonable prices in the future. Hilton could definitely do better!
