  • I purchased a Samsung 65" TV from Conn's Scottsdale, So when I moved, the TV never worked. I tried to exchange it for a new one, the refused. Frankly when you purchase something from a store that never worked, they should return it. I was "Conn-ed" in believing that stand behind their products they sell. I should have purchased my TV's from Costco, Spencer's, Best Buy, Apple etc who provide great customer service. If you buy at Conn's bring a lawyer to protect your interest!!!!!
