  • I was extremely disappointed in the conversation with a seemingly experienced staff member while trying to ask to interact with a very nice much older cat I'd seen online and read about. I was told If I wasn't signing on to adopt that day (which I explained the timeline) I was not permitted to see or touch the animals. This is absurd and not good for them... they need human interaction more often. The staff (volunteer or not) obviously needs more to do than just sit at a desk and eat. I feel so bad for the animals.
