  • I found Cascade Subaru on the internet after having the worst experience with Ganley Subaru in North Olmsted and was less than pleased with my experience at Burnswick Subaru. Chris Austin was amazing! He made the process so easy, comfortable, and did not try and talk me out of any option or color that I wanted. Chris worked with us on price and brought us as close to our ideal car payment as he could, which was $8 above, that's it. He made the experience pleasant and exciting, unlike the others we visited. My husband is excited to return to Chris once he's ready to trade in his current car and we have already recommended him to two friends. If you are located closer to Cleveland than Akron, it's a straight shot on the turnpike and worth the extra 20 minute drive!!
