  • A late dinner was what I wanted. Diamond has been ok over time, but in the last year it seemed that overall staff excitement has dwindled. And the good food they had made in the past has just been ok. Last time I ate at the Diamond I mulled about not returning, but I decided to give another chance. This time I got the pimento and cheese sandwich with fries. Not complicated this late. I had to wait 45 minutes for the food and all I got was the sandwich. The waitress said "I brought you this since I don't think they are getting you the fries", dropped the plate on the table and walked off. So obviously Diamond doesn't care about their customers anymore.
