I think the first thing that I should mention in this review is that the name of the actual café is a little bit misleading. With a name like "raw" I was expecting a juice bar that also served raw, organic, vegan food. If you look at the menu, there are a lot of juices, smoothies and salads. But more than half the salad on the hard to read menu boards have a cheese or protein component like chicken. So really it's nothing more then a lunch place that serves juice and smoothies.
Which is totally fine if you aren't advertising yourself as a raw juice place, like you would be if RAW is the biggest part of your name and logo. Right? So it's a shame because this is really not a 'raw' café. Yes they serve juice but so do a lot of other places in Scottsdale nowadays.
My juices pretty good - I can't complain about that.
The interior is a little bit rough around the edges. It's just not so inviting.
Even though the service might be a lot slower at Nekter down the street, the juice offerings are a little bit clearer and the space is a lot better.
