  • The service agent was very nice, but I didn't feel comfortable with respect to the things that were stated that I needed to repair my unit. It appears that my unit was installed improperly three years ago, prior to my purchasing my home. To repair and correct the unit they were going to charge me $2100 to repair and another $2600, to correct my improperly installed ductwork. At this point, it became obvious to me, that it would be in my best interest just to get a new unit which may cost a little bit more. I got another company, received a quote for a brand new Carrier air-conditioning unit that is larger then my current unit and it's going to cost me a total of $4300, including new duct work. I will not be using them again
