I am glad I had a reason to call Larson Air again and they did not disappoint! We scheduled their Bi-Annual service for our house and another rental house we own. The office called/emailed back to every question in the booking process almost immediately. We received reminders the day before and the day of. The Tech (Chase) also called ahead to let us know how far away he was and what time he'd arrive. The text reminder even had a picture of the Tech which is a nice feature! Chase was great, took care of our maintenance and recommended some additional service we may want to consider (we took him up on it!). He pointed out an unsealed duct/elbow on the roof which was an error made by the company who installed the new unit for us in which we were able to call that company to get someone out to fix the mistake. Without scheduling routine maintenance, we may have never found the leak and been blasting cold air into the sky! Pricing was competitive and we'll have them back out in the Fall/Winter for the next service on the heating portion!
