  • Ramen and poke both at the same restaurant! How awesome is that! Poke is fresh and they have yellowtail for no extra cost! Great variety of toppings and the sauces are not too salty. I will definitely come back for the poke. Ramen is good: tasty broth, noodles done just right. Chasu is the probably the weakest link: it's good but not the big slice of pork belly I expected. However, they are probably the only ramen place in Gilbert so if I'm too lazy to drive to Tempe for the spectacular ramen, this is a very good alternative. Extra points for very friendly staff and family owned biz.
