  • VPRS came to my aid after I'd been freaking out over my pigeon problem. At first, my condo property manager wouldn't allow me to install any pigeon prevention systems as the condo board had mandated it would "ruin" the look of the building. Well you know what also ruins the look of buildings? Destructive pigeon feces and feathers, amongst all other debris they bring. Eventually a new property manager came, and I was given their blessing to get netting installed. Rui was so great when I called him--he spent 20 minutes on a Saturday afternoon explaining what was needed and what he could do for me. I was so happy that I could get an appointment for that coming Monday! It meant that I'd never have to deal with pigeons on my balcony again. My balcony is no longer a haven for pigeons and their young. It is clean, freshly painted, and netted. Now my cat can safely go out on the balcony and I can use it without fearing that I'll be touching pigeon fecal matter! The netting looks strong and it's definitely not going to move. Definitely pay extra for the 6 year warranty as it gives a peace of mind! Thanks to the guys at VPRS for allowing me to enjoy my balcony again!
