  • I love Hertz rental car...but this location (Craig and Berg) is awful...I was on hold for 15 minutes, went to the location, watched the sales rep take two customers without coming back to me on the phone. I received a flat tire within 2 hours of receiving the car...called the location and the rep said "well you are going to pay for that", he did not ask "are you okay or are you safe." Mind you that I purchased the full coverage also. Top it off, I returned the car yesterday thinking everything is complete...woke up this morning and $$$ were pulled from my account. The right thing to do for Hertz is to call the client and say we are pulling an additional $$$ from the card on file.
