  • Stopped by for my T-Mobile Tuesday deal... I have learned to not come back to this location. I walked in and said I wanted to take a look at the Samsung items since I got 25% off and they immediately said that is online only and we don't honor that. I was like okay, but you've got products in the store I can look at right? They said yes you can go ahead and look. I asked if they honor the free towel and they said yes, but did not get me one. They didn't even direct me to the Samsung section. This would be more acceptable if they were busy, but there was three staff visible and not a single customer. I'm not sure if it was just me, but I really felt like I should not walk into this location to redeem any offers, even if I have to go to a location to do so. Lesson learner, but it's such a shame that a convenient location is so inconvenient.
