rev:text	I'm very disappointed with my experience at this office to say the least. I went into Dr. Koppikar with dental pain. He told me I needed a bite guard. This was on a Friday. I was concerned because I recently had a hip replacement surgery. I was under the impression I needed an antibiotic. I asked for one he said no. I came back on Monday and my face was swollen and infected. I could hardly swallow. He sent me to an Endodontics office. Again I asked for antibiotic. He said no. I need to get it from the other dentist. Now I'm just sick. His office took impressions swollen and in pain. The next day I got a call from Dr Koppikar office saying that his office called my previous dentist he said I need two crowns before you do the guard. Dr Koppikar had no exrays of what I needed. He took someone else word for what I needed they wanted to schedule the work when I was infected. I don't trust him. He's not skilled enough. By the way I was urgent care to get help. At this point I just want my money back for the guard Well thank you for your reply but I came to your office on a Friday and I returned on Monday with a swollen left side from an infected tooth. I was spitting pus and blood in your sink and I asked for an antibiotic again. Again you told me no. I was visibly infected. I was in terrible in pain and your office took impression for the guard anyway. Also, I never had a conversation with you about my previous dentist. You took it upon yourself to contact his office. I went urgent care to get care for my infected tooth. I received no services from your office for my infection. You seem lost on what to do. Your office called me and said my old dentist said I needed two crown before you did the bite guard. Hell no you sent me home infected and in pain. I wouldn't go near you. Nice try but NO!
