  • Today we had to say goodbye to a member of our family. Although the decision was difficult to make, and hard for all involved, the kindness that we were shown was amazing. Dr. Hayley Schafer answered all of our questions, talked us through the process and ensured we were ready every step of the way. She was gentle with our pup Smaggs and truly made a heartbreaking situation calm and filled with love. We can't thank Gentle Journeys enough for not only responding quickly to our call and fitting us in on a Sunday, but also for making this a gentle and dignified memory of our loved family member. If you are considering this service, please know it is worth every penny to ensure a calm and easy transition for your pet. I would not hesitate to recommend Gentle Journeys for this service.
