  • I was very upset to find that there was no parking available for me when I arrived. I had to park next door which made me worried about my car getting towed. Room smelled like smoke and wet dogs. No fridge, hair dryer or microwave. Room service was the worst! I got tired of waiting after 45 min I went to subway. I tried breakfast the next morning and sent it back, not good!!! Hot tub jets didn't work, pool is dirty towels are stained and smell moldy. No shade in pool area unless you want to pay the bar $250. Extra for a shaded area. There website very much misrepresents this hotel. I've had much better stays at best western. I will never stay here again!!!
