  • HONEST SERVICE. So glad I came here for a second opinion. Firestone in Peoria quoted me $1600 (!!!!!!!) for a new air compressor. Called Midas and spoke with Jonah who said to bring it by and he'd look at it. Mind you it was already past 5pm and they close at 6. He said even if it was the compressor they'd beat that price. Thank goodness for him, some caps were old and leaky and my freon levels weren't right (Firestone also emptied my freon before I left, classy). Jonah worked on it himself for 2 HOURS until my AC was blowing cold. So kind. Walked out the door paying $100. Look out for Jonah or Jose, they are kind, honest and you can tell they love their job.
