  • Staff is really nice. The office is really clean and organized. I did, unfortunately have to repeat what happened to my hands 4 times! Once on the questionnaire they give you before hand, then once by the preliminary nurse, then by Dr. Grabow's actual nurse, then by the nurse taking the x-Ray, then finally by the doctor. (Which is actually 5 times). Which is why I minus one star. I minus one more star because, despite making an 8:30 am appt 1.5-2 months in advance, I waited nearly 2 hours to be seen and left just after 10:30. Yes, I saw the doctor for less than 5 minutes. The rest was waiting and explaining. Lastly, they're website has an address that is over a year old. Looks good, and reviews sound good, but that's about it.
