  • I have been here many times to purchase their full service car washes. I started noticing lots of scratches on both my vehicles.Recently, I started just taking my vehicle through myself and not once does the unfriendly man operating the car wash spray my paint down with water before my car enters the brushes and soap. I called and spoke with the manager on duty and his response was, "it is not standard operating procedure to apply water to vehicles before they enter, it is up to the person running the wash line to determine on how dirty the vehicles paint is"... My reply to the manager on duty was - So what you are telling me is the man on the line chooses which vehicles he wants to scratch and which ones he does not?  I proceeded to say I will take my business elsewhere where people actually understand how to wash vehicles. He did not apologize which made me think that he didn't care or value my concern. Beware of this, or go see for yourself if your car is being sprayed down...better yet take it through yourself and see on the 4 dollar wash!
