  • Sadly, I think this product is going downhill, slowly. We used to love going here. Great food, great facility, etc. Most recent visit: 1. Men's bathroom door would not lock (single user). Mentioned it to the waitress - got deer in the headlights look - no manager visible to get message to. At least put a hanging sign on the door to give the next user a heads up it is occupied. 2. Back up bathroom (on the noodle side) has a door that squeaks to high heaven, and it wasn't that clean. 3. Music was too loud - politely mentioned this to our waitress (nice enough). She said she would see what she could do (which was apparently nothing). 4. Ordered the spicy pickles, which we do love. BUT, they arrived right when our main courses were arriving, NOT when expected (as an appetizer). Fail. 5. Food was up to standards, but it is just not worth going through the hassle when everything is not up to speed. Just my opinion.
