  • You can't underestimate the pleasure of a knowledgeable waitstaff the first time dining at a restaurant of this caliber. Our waitress was spot on with a menu of complex recipes, including the new entree, black cod, which was poached to perfection. Her recommendations were unbiased, yet informative, and her explanations of the offerings were as detailed as the chef's preparations of each dish. Very impressive all around, including the cocktails and dessert.
