  • I purchased a new computer several months ago and paid someone to come to my home to set it up, switch my files, etc. When the job was "complete", I could not access my home business files and had nothing but trouble. Sometimes it worked, sometimes it didn't. There were times I couldn't download, find files, print, sometimes even the monitor wouldn't turn on. I was in contact numerous times with the person who set it up and he would recommend all sorts of things for me to do and told me that my business file had been "damaged" beyond repair. He also said that I just needed to learn windows 8. Finally, at my wits end I called Joe at Dos Boot in Queen Creek, whose shop I had seen in passing. He was encouraging on the phone and told me to bring it right down as he moves business computers to the front of the line. I did and the next day it was ready to be picked up. He had removed spyware and some other stuff that didn't belong, he set up the proper security AND corrected the problem with my business program which now is perfectly fine! The computer runs great. I am so grateful this headache is over and that Joe is there should I need him in the future
