  • The new management at this Blast Fitness is horrible! I'm cancelling my membership after today's incident! I've been a member for 7 months and never had problems under the old management. When I joined, I made sure I paid the extra money to get access to the class facilities. Today, I was in the class room working out, when I was rudely kicked out and told the policy has changed since I signed my contract, and I'm no longer allowed in that room when classes aren't active. I was told it was a liability issue, and that it was TOO INEFFICIENT for the staff to do their jobs and simply check the room every 5 or 10 minutes. The management was rude, and wouldn't give me their contact information for any complaints to upper management. On another note, the equipment is cheap at this location, and is frequently out of order. I've been to other locations and it is better. Perhaps this whole location needs to be shut down. I do know they should get new management who actually encourage people to work out, instead of place barriers in between people and their workouts!
