  • Well there is always a time for your first 1 star review. LA fitness closed the location I signed up at. They make cancelling as hard as possible. Can't cancel over the phone? Ok fine I'll come in. Head into the gym and they "forgot" to tell me I have to come in m-f between 9-5. Fantastic I'll send in a form. Wait they can't process that for you either. After closing the primary gym you would think they would be slightly helpful in taking care of their customers who have been inconvenienced. At the very least a simple apology go a long way for customer service. I'm glad I'm cancelling after this experience.
