  • I went to Gentle Dental on Flamingo on Friday 10/21 - It was an initial visit for which I expected to be there for about an hour to have the exam and xrays - I was told that I need over 10K in work; 5 crowns, and deep cleanings. Now I know that I need 1 crown, my previous dentist told me that two years ago. When I asked for a copy of the treatment plan I was delayed, and delayed, finally I got it and the receptionist asked when I would like to come in for work, I told her never, I was aghast at the recommended treatment plan and walked out - today I got an automated text message telling me I had an appointment at 8:30am on Monday the 24th. I called and left a voice message that I did not schedule said appointment and that I would not make the appointment, if the attempted to charge me for the appointment I would see them in court. I find their practice to be centered around the dollar not the patient. I will not be going back. For what they want to charge I could go to Mexico for a week and get a full set of dentures.
