  • Of the 3 Long and McQuade stores I have visited over many years, this one is by far the best one. The staff know you, they almost always have what you need in stock (especially brands and strengths of reeds I have not been able to find at any other Toronto music store), and they have a range of levels of instruments available--from student models to premium professional, of all orchestral instruments, not just guitars and pianos like other stores do.
