This is the worst CVS store in Las Vegas and probably in Nevada. Pharmacy staff keep on changing, pharmacists or clerks have no experience and no clue about customer service. CVS automate call you to remind you to pick up your prescription(s), but at the store they never can find them. You have to argue and come back a few times in order to get your prescription. They make mistake and twice charged the wrong insurance and couldn't fix it, I had to personally reimburse the insurance out of pocket. I can only hope this review will go up directly to CVS management and that they will look at this store and make significant changes. I am a CVS client for over a decade now, but I am running out of patience and will need to switch for a better one. Too bad because this one was across the street and very handy.
