  • Bad bad bad. I came here one weekend to test drive a Murano and see about pricing. I had no intentions of purchasing a vehicle that day and even said so. First one I got into just to check out was the Murano platinum. Joe who was helping told me I realistically needed to be sitting in another vehicle because of the price. Which I though was pretty rude. He showed me a few others and of course I was in love with the Murano because I had been looking at them online for some time and they in some ways resemble the Nissan Juke I had. I let him know which features I'd like in one. I was very specific about wanting a white one with black cloth interior. Personally I don't think this is an unreasonable request. Joe told me I must be color blind because all I wanted was white. He also told me "if I told you all the people who actually got what they wanted in the last year it would be about 2". Not only did I take offense and think he though my request were unheard of but my friend who tagged along was also very turned off by his comments. I had let him know I was not interested in a car payment over $500. They came back with a car payment that would almost be $700 a month. Why even bother when someone says they don't want to spend over $500? They also had my interest rate around 7% which is insane for someone with a credit score in the 700's and payments with Nissan and all credit cards made on time for the life of my credit. I am in 100% good standing with Nissan who my original loan was with because every payment was made on time and in full for 3 years. I let them know I'd like to go with State Farm credit union if possible because that's who I am employed with. He stated the financing was through them even though I didn't give them permission to run my credit through banks for financing. He argued with me saying I was wrong until his boss came over and said he was wrong and that the numbers they came up with were not through State Farm credit union. Pretty much the experience was negative. I wanted to pick up and leave when he left the desk. I knew I would not be back to purchase from them and they turned me off on even buying. I was contacted the other day from Pinnacle Nissan. They worked the numbers under $500, my interest rate at 3.24%. They also gave me $12,000 for my trade in when Avondale Nissan was only offering $9,700. Pinnacle ordered me the vehicle I wanted from Nevada and had it shipped here like a professional dealership should do when someone is paying almost 40k for a vehicle. I also got a higher model and a premium package which Avondale basically said wasn't a possibility. Do not buy here. Don't even waste any time here. They are rude and unprofessional. If you think about "dealership sharks" that's these people. And they're not very good at playing that roll By the way, I got my white Murano with black interior, and IM NOT COLOR BLIND.
